for the Collection and Processing of Personal Data of Guests at the "Uyut" Hotel
This consent for the collection and processing of personal data constitutes a public offer. By using the website of the "Uyut" Hotel, making a room reservation, registering, and/or checking in, the Guest confirms their consent to the terms of this Consent and accepts it in full (acceptance).
The Guest grants consent to the "Uyut" Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) for the collection, processing, storage, and protection of their personal data under the following conditions:
* General Provisions: The Consent is provided in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013, No. 94-V "On Personal Data and their Protection."
* List of Data: Consent covers: full name, date/place of birth, ID details, registration and residential address, phone number, email, employment details (for business travelers), and for foreigners — visa/migration card data.
* Confidentiality: Data is restricted and protected by legal, organizational, and technical measures.
* Purposes: Booking, providing hotel services, registration, fulfillment of contracts, compliance with RK laws, and security.
* Actions: Collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, usage, transfer, depersonalization, and destruction.
* Validity: Valid from the moment of acceptance until the purpose is achieved or until revoked in writing.
