After the reconstruction, the Hotel Complex «Uyut»

is glad to offer you the 114 comfort rooms, conference-halls,

business center, elite restaurant and VIP-sauna, fitness. The hotel rooms are equipped with shower cabin, bath,

international telephone communication, satellite TV, mini-bar, air conditioner, fen, safe, pillow menu, complimentary unlimited WI-FI Internet.

• Check-in time is 14-00 (2:00p.m.); Check-out time is 12:00 noon ;
• Cost of living includes breakfast (cold table) и 12% VAT, one hour of VIP-sauna with mini jacuzzi swimming pool (from 8-00 a.m.up to 22-00 (10.00 p.m.);
• Hotel organizes meals: full pension, half-pension – check the cost with the administrator;
• Payment for living can be made by credit cards, by cash, by transfer;
• group and corporate discounts are provided;
• on arrival until 2.00 p.m. payment is taken per day;
• when checking out from 12.00 to 18.00 payment is taken at a rate of 50% of the room;
• when checking out after 18.00 pm payment is taken per day;
• in case of transfer payment from non-resident, all expenses of banks are paid by company;
• price for living of third person in room – 10000 tenge;
• price for living of children-from 1 to 6 age – free of charge (if more than 1 child surcharge 5000 per child); from 6 to 12 age – 7000tenge; from 12 to 16 age – 10000 tenge. Upon check-in, you must present an identity document for each child (birth certificate, identity card or passport), a power of attorney for the accompanying person.
• Upon arrival for 0.5 day sauna is not available; The cost of Breakfast is 3500 tenge;.
• all rooms are taken on security and fire alarm, building is secured by “Standard Monitoring Almaty” security company.
• Meeting and send-off: car - 6000 tenge.

Conferences, trainings and seminars can be hold in our conference halls.

Cost includes: marker board, flipchart, screen, video, DVD, 3-LCD monitor, diagonal line– 120 sm.
Necessary equipment helps you to achieve high quality of business meetings!
