This consent to the collection and processing of personal data constitutes a public offer. By using the Uyut Hotel website, booking a room, registering, and/or checking in, the Guest confirms their agreement to the terms of this Consent and accepts it in full (acceptance).
The guest gives his consent to the Hotel "Uyut", hereinafter referred to as the Operator, to the collection, processing, storage and protection of his personal data under the following conditions:
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Consent is provided in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V “On personal data and their protection”.
1.2. The collection and processing of personal data is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.
1.3. By providing personal data, the Guest confirms its accuracy, relevance and sufficiency.
2. List of personal data
Consent is given to the collection and processing of the following personal data:
- last name, first name, patronymic;
- date and place of birth;
- identity document details;
- registration address;
- actual residential address;
- contact phone number;
- email address;
- information about the place of work (for booking business travelers, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs);
- for foreign citizens - visa details, migration card and migration registration documents;
- other information provided by the Guest when using the website and receiving hotel services
3. Confidentiality of personal data
3.1. The Guest's personal data is classified information and is not publicly available.
3.2. The operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying and distribution.
4. Purposes of collecting and processing personal data
Collection and processing of personal data is carried out for the purposes of:
- booking rooms and accommodation at the Hotel "Uyut";
- provision of hotel services;
- registration and accounting of guests;
- fulfillment of contractual obligations;
- compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- ensuring the safety of Guests and Hotel property;
- maintaining internal accounting and reporting.
5. Legal basis for collection and processing
The basis for collecting and processing personal data is:
- Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V "On personal data and their protection";
- other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- this consent of the personal data subject.
6. Actions with personal data
In the process of processing personal data, the Operator has the right to carry out the following actions:
collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.
7.Duration of consent
7.1. This Agreement shall enter into force from the moment of its acceptance on the website of the Hotel "Uyut" and shall remain valid until the purposes of collecting and processing personal data are achieved or until it is revoked.
7.2. The storage period of personal data is determined by the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
8. Withdrawal of consent
8.1. Consent may be revoked by the Guest by sending a written statement to the Operator at the address indicated on the official website of the Hotel "Uyut".
8.2. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the collection and processing of personal data carried out prior to its withdrawal.
9. Final Provisions
The operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This Agreement is freely available on the official website of the Hotel "Uyut" and is valid until it is replaced by a new version.
